David was such a good realtor. He works very hard and makes sure you get the deal done and are happy. After a couple of months he helped me find my perfect home. I will definetley use him again !

I’m writing this review almost exactly one year after closing on our home… not because I forgot (ok, maybe a little), but because I wanted to make sure it really was our dream home and not just a really expensive Airbnb. Spoiler: it’s definitely our dream home — and we owe a huge thank you to David! As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were lost and had no idea where to start. From the very beginning, David was the calm in our storm of chaos. He was always available, was ridiculously patient, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions (even though we absolutely were!). What really stood out, though, was how informative and thoughtful he was throughout the entire process. His dedication to making sure we understood every step was incredible. So, one year later (better late than never!), we’re settled, happy, and still incredibly grateful. Given the current market and economic climate I was not looking forward to our house search even though this was supposed to be one of the happier times/major milestones of our lives. Despite our anxiety and fears, David made it just that. He was great through every step of the process and really put us at ease. He was there for every question or clarification we needed, even the ones we were embarrassed to ask and he did it all with a smile. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient and flexible always willing to work around our schedule whenever possible. He made the entire process even simpler for us as he came prepared with lists of potential recommendations of local partners (Lenders, inspectors, etc.) for us to review while also encouraging us to due our own research and select who we felt the most comfortable with. There was no pressure in this process and he made sure it was a decision we made solely ourselves. In the end we went with partners that happened to be on his list and we couldn't have been happier.
