David is from Warwick, RI and attended the University of Rhode Island, graduating with a Master's Degree in School Psychology in 2013. During his career as a psychologist, he worked with children, families, and educators in various inner-city school districts including Baltimore City, MD, Pawtucket, RI, and Providence, RI. Throughout his 9 years of service he was an integral member of several multidisciplinary educational teams that helped identify student needs and develop interventions to support those needs within the school setting. In 2018, he bought his first home in West Warwick, RI-- a multi-family property bought to live in one unit while renting out the others in order to offset the cost of living (commonly referred to as "House Hacking"). Living in this first home with little to no mortgage payment was eye-opening and ultimately led to his passion for creating wealth for others through real estate ownership. He discovered that real estate has the power to change lives, and it was then that he decided to shift his work from public education to real estate. David has a "client first" approach which allows him to continually improve an already top-notch service. David specializes in working with real estate investors and first-time home buyers.
